Pictures, videos, important tax documents, personal letters, mailing lists, homework, term papers, business documents, customer databases... Does this describe the contents of your hard drive? What would happen if it all went away? Electrical storms, hardware failure, theft or whatever the cause your data is at risk. I've worked in the IT industry for over 20 years and in all that time, the one thing I have found the greatest value in is a good data backup. Most people think about it at least once, some people even create them but fail to maintain them over time. |
